We are a private dental clinic providing top-quality dental services in Ruidoso, New Mexico. We treat patients of all ages and our services in general dentistry include dental fillings, crown and bridgework, extractions, root canals, dentures and partials, and cosmetic dentistry.

About Dr. Felicia Frizzell, DDS, MHS, FACD
Welcome to our dental practice! I'm Dr. Felicia Frizzell, and I'm proud to serve the community I call home—the beautiful mountains that have shaped my life.
Since opening my practice a year and a half ago, I have continued my dental education to deepen my expertise in dental implants. I truly enjoy creating exceptional dental restorations, including fillings, crowns, veneers, and full and partial dentures. This year, I’ve introduced new services such as clear aligner therapy for teeth straightening, along with advancements in dental implants and root canal therapy. From treating urgent, painful dental needs to creating a glamorous smile, I am grateful to be able to offer these procedures here in Ruidoso.
My roots in this community run deep. Just one month after opening in 2024, we faced the devastating forest fires, and we’ve been navigating through floods since. Despite these challenges, I remain fully committed to staying here—to serve, support, and grow with my patients. Your trust and loyalty mean the world to me.
My philosophy remains simple: oral health is fundamental to overall wellness. I am dedicated to alleviating pain and enhancing your smile with compassionate, comprehensive care. Outside the office, I actively participate in national public health initiatives and enjoy mentoring youth, inspiring the next generation of dental professionals.
When I’m not working, I treasure life here in the mountains with my eight-year-old son Freddie, staying close to family and community. I spend my downtime reading, hiking, cycling, and attending local events. I look forward to welcoming you and providing dental care that supports your health, confidence, and well-being.
