At Enchantment Family Dentistry, we obtain a patient’s social security number (SSN) and make a copy of driver's license and insurance cards for several important reasons:

Treatment Planning Overview
Should a cavity or other oral health condition requiring treatment be diagnosed, we will show the area of concern to the patient directly in the mouth or using intra-oral photos and x-ray images. Our office utilizes the computer monitor to display x-rays and photographs, ensuring you see everything as we do.
All treatment recommendations will be thoroughly discussed, and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have. We are always available for additional discussions if needed, whether by phone or in person.
Financial Overview
At Enchantment Family Dentistry, we strive for transparency in financial matters. We will inform you of the cost of treatment before any services are rendered to ensure there are no unexpected surprises. Payment is collected upfront to streamline the process and allow you to focus on the quality care you receive from Dr. Frizzell.

Radiography (X-ray) Overview
Our practice adheres to strict radiographic guidelines to ensure the safety and health of our patients. We utilize advanced technology which includes digital radiography to minimize radiation exposure. X-rays are only taken when necessary for Dr. Frizzell to make an accurate diagnosis. Rest assured, your family's health is our priority.
If you are not comfortable with taking dental x-rays under any circumstance, we are not a good choice for your dental care.

While we respect diverse beliefs regarding medical treatments, Enchantment Family Dentistry follows evidence-based practices. If traditional dentistry does not align with your preferences, we understand and are happy to discuss options or recommend alternative providers that may better suit your needs.

Scheduling Overview
To help you keep track of appointments, we offer appointment cards, email reminders, text alerts, and phone call reminders. You can choose your preferred method of notification, and all these services are provided as a courtesy to ensure your busy schedule is managed effectively.
We ask for 48-hour notice for cancellations to respect everyone’s time and to accommodate other patients. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we assess each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

At Enchantment Family Dentistry, we value informed decision-making. If you seek a second opinion, we're happy to provide one, ensuring our findings are independent of external influences. Conversely, if you'd like to seek further opinions, we're pleased to assist with transferring records to your chosen provider.
